To protect individual customer confidentiality, Xcel Energy applies the "15/15 rule" as an aggregation standard to the energy consumption section of this report. So long as a given aggregated value contains 15 or more customers and no single customer makes up 15 percent or more of the aggregated value, the value can be publicized in this report. If these conditions are not met, customers will be removed. The number of customers removed is presented for informational purposes. For the state of Minnesota Xcel Energy applies the "4/50 rule" as an aggregation standard to the energy consumption section of this report. So long as a given aggregated value contains at least four customers within the dataset and no single customer represents 50% more of the total energy usage in the data set., the value can be publicized in this report. If these conditions are not met, customers will be removed. The number of customers removed is presented for informational purposes.
