If you want more than three tiles: You do not need to add another module below. Simply edit the module and select "add row," which will automatically add another tile below. You can rearrange them if needed.
Use a text link if the item is less actionable and will likely link the user to more informational content to read. Use link titles like: Learn more, Read more, Get resources, etc.
Use a button if clicking on the link will take the user somewhere where they will perform an action, like filling out a form, reporting an outage, signing up for something, etc.
