If you answer "Yes" to any of the questions below, just prior to the scheduled installation, please contact us to cancel your installation and please contact Xcel Energy at 1-800-895-4999 in the future to re-enroll in the program when you can answer "No" to all questions.

  1. Have you been diagnosed with COVID-19?
  2. Are you currently or have you in the past 14 days experienced fever (100.4oF or higher) without using fever reducing medication, coughing, shortness of breath, chills, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, congestion or runny nose, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, that you cannot attribute to another health condition diagnosed by a physician?
  3. Have you traveled internationally, been on a cruise in the last 14 days?
  4. In the last 14 days, have you been in close contact (10 minutes or more within 6ft) with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19?
  5. In the last 14 days, have you been in close contact with anyone who is experiencing symptoms and may have COVID-19 but is yet to be confirmed as a positive?
