Regulatory Filings

By law, we must publish rate changes and formal cases made to agencies to inform customers. These pricing changes must be approved by your state’s energy agency (Public Utilities Commission of Texas) before they take effect.

You'll find rate case filings in Regulatory Filings, resource plans in Resource Plans, and transmission filings in Transmission.

An example of a franchise agreement can be found below.

Energy Saving Tip

Have your home checked for leaky ducts, drafts around doors and windows, fireplace dampers, and other places where air might escape.

Before beginning an outdoor project, be aware of overhead electric lines and keep yourself, your ladders and tools at least 10 feet away from them.
