It's the incentivized program, so monthly payments are made to the owner of the solar system in exchange for Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) for the energy produced by the solar system. The Assignment of Contact process transfers the REC Purchase Contract and Interconnection Agreement from the previous homeowner to the new homeowner.

Make sure to regularly change the air filters on your HVAC system (at least once per month). Old, clogged filters are far less efficient than new ones.
