HomeSmart appliance repair plans are available to residents in the greater Twin Cities Metro area and select Minnesota and North Dakota communities.

With HomeSmart, you have the ability to choose which appliances you want covered. With the Essential Repair Plan, you can cover four appliances. With the Premium Repair Plan, you can cover eight appliances. We recommend that you include your heating and cooling appliances based on popularity, home-comfort, and high usage.
