Customer Support

Clean energy that's affordable and easy.

Clean energy is important to all of us. In fact, the reliable energy you already receive is 25 percent renewable and 55 percent carbon-free. However, some customers want more. That's why we're proud to offer Renewable*Connect®. With no equipment necessary and access to a blend of wind and solar, Renewable*Connect is an affordable way to benefit from renewable energy.

The Renewable*Connect program is now fully subscribed. We are accepting applications for the program waitlist, which will be used in the event program capacity becomes available.

For a complete list of the resources included in Renewable*Connect, please view the Product Content Label. To learn more about the conditions of a subscription, see the Price, Terms & Conditions.

Energy Saving Tip

Turn off your lights when you leave the room—even if you'll only be gone for a moment. Contemporary light bulbs require very little energy to turn "on."

Preventing Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

Install carbon monoxide detectors and annually hire a qualified contractor to inspect your home for proper ventilation.
