Labor Type: Professional Services

Over time, changes in building equipment and occupancy can significantly make an impact on energy costs, employee comfort and productivity. Building owners looking to reduce energy usage can improve their facility performance through a Building Recommissioning study. For many facilities, the savings can be as high as 15% of the total energy bill1.

A Recommissioning study will look to improve the efficiency of existing building operations by identifying and tuning up less-than-optimal equipment within your facility.

Energy Saving Tip

Make sure to regularly change the air filters on your HVAC system (at least once per month). Old, clogged filters are far less efficient than new ones.
