Some payment processing may be delayed during this time. If you’ve recently made a payment and don’t see it reflected on your account, there is no need to contact us. We will not charge a late fee and we’re working to process your payment as quickly as possible.

We realize this is a challenging economic time for many. If you’re having trouble paying your bills, we can help find a pay arrangement that works best for you. Rest assured, we will not disconnect service to any residential customers until further notice.

Help for Residential Customers

Energy Saving Tip

Set your hot water heater to no higher than 120 degrees Fahrenheit. This isn't just energy smart—it's also safer, since it reduces the likelihood of accidental burns.
