We realize this is a challenging economic time for many. If you’re having trouble paying your bills, we can help find a pay arrangement that works best for you.

Rest assured, we will not disconnect service to any residential customers until further notice. If you’ve received a call where someone has threatened to turn off your power if you don’t pay immediately, hang up and check your account status using My Account or our mobile app. Learn more about avoiding scams.

Get help through the U.S. Small Business Administration

The U.S. Small Business Administration (external link) is accepting applications for assistance programs and loans. Visit the links below, regularly, to check on the status as these programs are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are expected to go fast.

SBA Paycheck Protection Program

Get help covering payroll and overhead expenses including utility bills incurred from Feb. 15 to June 30. Learn more (external link).

SBA Disaster Assistance Loans

Designed to help businesses cover expenses, these low-interest federal loans are processed directly by the SBA Office of Disaster Assistance. Learn more (external link).
