Help your business customers upgrade or install new efficiency controls and earn rebates with our Energy Management System (EMS) program. Installing a new system where none existed, replacing a non-functioning one or adding capabilities to an existing system can earn a rebate and reduce your customer’s energy usage, making their building controls more efficient. Preapproval is required before equipment is purchased and installed.
Response times vary with the complexity of the project and the completeness of the application. Thorough and accurate applications have the shortest response times, as well as the best rebates.
We strive to respond to EMS applications within 10 business days. More time is sometimes required, especially if we have follow-up questions for the customer or trade partner.
For qualifying projects, we will issue a letter, addressed to the customer that shows the exact rebate amount for the project (if implemented with the scope described in the application).
