Income-Qualified Multi-family Energy Savings Program

Free energy-saving services for income-qualified multi-family buildings with electric customers.

Energy is a necessity for every home. We understand that the associated costs of energy use can be hard to budget and pay for. That's why we've teamed up with our program service providers Franklin Energy Services to help make your building more energy-efficient. If your building qualifies, we’ll provide customized solutions based upon your needs, to help your tenants save energy and live more comfortably.

We offer energy-saving services to help lower your tenants’ electricity use, and save money on energy bills. Your tenants can:

  • Save on energy bills
  • Live more comfortably and affordably
  • Learn more about energy conservation

Our program service provider, Franklin Energy Services will determine if your building is eligible for free energy-efficiency updates. Once qualified, an efficiency expert will arrange a visit with you and schedule the in-unit assessments to determine which improvements can be made in the individual units. Based upon the assessment results, improvement options may include:

  • Installation of screw-in LED light bulbs
  • Appliance replacements, such as refrigerators, freezers and window or wall AC units.*
  • Recycling old refrigerators, freezers and window or wall air conditioners.
