Data Center Design Assistance

Plan for energy savings in your new building or renovation

Our Data Center Design Assistance program helps you include energy savings in the planning and design phase of your project. To encourage cost-effective investments in energy conservation, the program includes financial incentives and free consulting to help you with new construction, additions or major renovation projects. We offer rebates based on energy savings gained as a result of implementing equipment and systems that perform better than local code and an agreed upon baseline energy model.

What to expect

Data Center Design Assistance can help your facility with power delivery efficiency, data process, and cooling plant efficiency to maximize your facilities’ efficiency and save you money. Our consultants will work with you and your design team. Our computer modeling will show you how these energy-saving options might work together in your facility—before you’ve committed resources. The core elements of energy modeling activities will cover, but are not limited to, the following subsystems within the facility:

Our services help ensure that selected strategies are included in your construction document and are installed to save on energy bills. Recommended strategies may qualify to help you earn rebates, which decrease your out-of-pocket cost and improve your return on investment.
