What We Can Provide

Implementation Services
We offer free implementation services with start-to-finish project execution. These services are ideal for customers who have identified energy efficiency improvements in their facilities but who don't have the time, expertise or approvals to implement.

On-Site Assessments
For customers who need help identifying energy efficiency opportunities in their facilities, we offer ASHRAE Level 1 Assessment. We subsidize a majority of the audit costs, and offer these services to you affordably.  Plus, you may qualify for a 30 percent rebate bonus for implementing certain measures identified within your assessment if you implement within 1 year of your report approval date:

ASHRAE Level I Assessment
Whole-building walkthrough that identifies how you can save energy and money. All measures will include the documented energy savings, cost savings and potential rebates. This assessment will also review your utility bills and include an ENERGY STAR® benchmarking score for applicable segments. Your cost: $600 to $1,300 dependent on customer usage.

No-risk guarantee: If we can't identify feasible energy-saving opportunities in your facility, we’ll pay for the assessment cost.
