The growth in public charging is offering a way for visitors, employees, tenants and customers to view driving electric vehicles as a more viable option with increasing access. With a more robust charging infrastructure, EV drivers can feel more secure leaving their home charging. We are enabling the installation of public charging through our Public Charging EV Service Pilot to minimize the time and expense with infrastructure development.
By participating in this pilot, you will receive the following services at no charge:
Complete the intake application to start the process. We are accepting applications on first-come-first-serve basis.
Join our pilot* Building owner agrees to infrastructure building rights, continuous access, license agreements or easements in writing.

Once you have applied and are accepted in the pilot, you automatically gain access to our Public Charging EV Service electric pricing, which provides special on-peak pricing.
Applicants are encouraged to pursue other funding opportunities for charging stations, vehicles and other transportation electrification needs in conjunction with this program.
We will install, own and maintain a dedicated service connection for EV charging, including necessary transformer upgrades, service conducts and a new meter. In addition, we will install, own and maintain the EV supply infrastructure including new service panels, conduit and wiring up to the charger stub.
You will be responsible for costs associated with procurement and installation of charging stations and electricity for charging.
A new, dedicated service connection is required for Public Charging EV Service Pilot participants. We will install a new service line and a dedicated meter specifically for EV charging.
