Flood Resources

Use these tips to help safely prepare for and respond to flooding.

We want to help your family stay safe as we face rising rivers from this winter’s significant snow, and we are taking steps to ensure our facilities can continue delivering reliable service if flooding occurs. If flooding happens in your area, to help keep you safe, we may need to disconnect electric or natural gas service to some customers. You should not attempt to disconnect electricity or natural gas service yourself.

Contact Customer Service at 800-895-4999 with questions or concerns and use the tips and information below to help with your flood preparations.

If flooding becomes widespread, please come back to this page for detailed information.

What's the point in filling your home with cool or warm air, only to have it disappear? Invest in high quality insulation to help keep temperature-controlled air where it belongs.
