When you sign up for My Account, you’re signing up for more than just the ability to pay your bill online. Whether you want to simply pay your bill and monitor your energy usage, or if you’re looking to sign up for billing and payment notifications, we’ve made it a one-stop shop for all your billing and energy management needs.
Through My Account, you have the option to make your bill more predictable, both in terms of when it comes, and the amount.
If your energy bill seems to rise and fall with the seasons, our Averaged Monthly Payment option is a great way to ensure you receive a consistent bill year round. We take into account your energy costs, historical usage, and seasonal changes in energy use to calculate your average costs, and then spread that cost over the entire year.
Tired of trying to keep track of when your bill is due? Why not choose the date yourself? Our Custom Due Date option is free, easy, and will not affect your billing or payment method. Learn more about this option, including eligibility, by visiting the Custom Due Date page.
Tired of getting that paper bill in the mail every month? Sign up for paperless billing through eBill. Through eBill, you can view and pay your energy bill online 24/7 and access account information and history (up to 24 months) regarding your energy usage. You can also pay your bill directly from your checking account and can choose a one-time payment, or set up recurring payments. You can even compare your energy usage to others and learn about steps you can take to save money. Sign up for eBill now through My Account.
As a My Account user, you can sign up to receive payment reminders via email or text. You can also sign up to receive outage alerts, so when your power goes out, you’ll be notified right away, and you’ll even receive a notification when your power has been restored. Signing up for notifications is quick and easy: just visit My Account and click on My Profile & Notifications, then click “Edit” next to Billing & Payment Notifications.
