How do I pay my bill?

Can I pay with my credit card?

Yes, we've partnered with BillMatrix to offer convenient, completely secure bill payments. A $2.90 processing fee applies to personal card payment. A $29.95 processing fee applies to commercial/business card payments (Xcel Energy does not benefit from this fee). Sorry, Texas customers are not eligible. Pay now through BillMatrix.

What can I do if I'm having trouble logging into My Account?

The information below may help with the most common login issues:

  • Activation email not acknowledged.
  • Delete temporary Internet files, cookies, saved passwords and browsing history using Internet Options. Close all open programs and restart computer.
  • Correct username, case sensitive
  • Correct password, case sensitive
  • Reset your username or password
