Xcel Energy will invest more than $1 billion into grid improvements this year and through the end of 2016 – improvements that not only have increased the power delivery capabilities for a growing economy, but also have locked in efficiencies that are helping offset the cost of upgrades that deliver safe, reliable and plentiful power to all New Mexico customers.
