2019 - 2021 Gas Quality of Service Plan (QSP)

 

Quality of Service Plans set up metrics that measure how well Xcel Energy delivers the natural gas our customers need. We have submitted an application to the Colorado Public Utilities Commission to develop a new natural gas QSP that reflects current technology and challenges in the industry. The plan addresses three categories that align with the CPUC mission to ensure safety, reliability and adequate service.

If approved, the proceeding would replace the current QSP, which has been in effect with extensions since Jan. 1, 2002, retroactively to Jan. 1, 2019.
