We’re actively engaged in our communities, and because of that, you’ll receive 40 hours of paid volunteer time off each year. We even match up to 100 hours of your off-hours volunteer time at $10 per hour, so the qualifying nonprofits you support get twice the benefit. Our employees have also formed a number of Business Resource Groups (BRGs), which provide a safe place to exchange ideas, perform community outreach, and achieve personal and professional growth. Our Council for Diversity and Inclusion, composed of leaders from each of the BRGs, promotes collaboration between the groups. Our BRGs contribute to the company’s internal news site and hold events to share information about social issues, the company’s role in promoting diversity and inclusion, and the ways other can get involved.

The energy business continues to change to adapt to customers’ desires for renewable energy and best-of-industry experiences, and you can be a part of shaping our future. For many positions, we ask qualified applicants to take pre-hire behavioral assessments. For select technical positions, we also ask applicants to take an employment test developed by the Edison Electric Institute (EEI).
