Corporate Positions

Whether your skills are technical, verbal, or both, we have a wide range of exciting positions in corporate areas such as finance and accounting, legal, supply chain, logistics, safety, marketing and communications, and human resources.

Here’s a sampling of some of the corporate jobs that are often available:

Safety and Training: If you have good communication skills and are well-organized, thorough, and comfortable with technical content and speaking in front of groups, a position in safety and training might be right for you.

Accounting and Finance: We need skilled professionals for positions in areas such as purchasing, budgeting, forecasting, asset accounting, and allocating costs among four operating companies across eight states. Our team also deals with governmental and regulatory bodies on issues such as rate cases, SEC filings, treasury operations, and tax services.

Leadership Opportunities

We’re seeking dynamic, proven leaders to help guide us into this exciting energy future. Successful candidates will be forward-looking, adaptable problem solvers, who are fair and respectful of others. We expect all our leaders to conduct themselves professionally, reliably, and with integrity.

We have opportunities for leaders across our service territory, in all parts of the company, from the power plants and the field to the boardroom.

We continue to invest in resources to develop our leaders. If you’re looking to lead at a company that is committed to excellence, safety, and environmental stewardship, with plenty of room to grow, consider a position at Xcel Energy.
