Why do our products and services differ based on state? Because our business is regulated by state. We have regulated operations in eight Western and Midwestern states. The different regulatory body for each state we serve determines what products and services we deliver in that state.

Our retail rates are regulated by the utility commission in each of the states we serve and our wholesale rates are regulated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. The rates and the terms of service together comprise our tariffs. You'll find the rate book for each energy source we provide. If we are in the process of requesting a rate increase, that information is available here too.
