Is your compressed air system wasting energy?
A leaky, wasteful or inefficient compressed air system costs you money. One 1/8” hole can cost you up to $2,000 in wasted energy costs each year. Most of the money you spend on your compressed air system is on energy, not equipment, as shown below. Therefore, it makes sense to buy the most efficient equipment available, and find and fix leaks and waste before they blow your profits.

Step 2 – Implementation
- Earn rebates for equipment updates or system improvements that result in lower energy use or higher production from your system
- Customers who participate in a preapproved Compressed Air Efficiency study can receive up to $200 per kW saved

Smaller compressors that are under the 50 horsepower requirement for the study funding may be eligible for an equipment rebate.
