- Customers can get instant preapproval by accessing our Rebate Preapproval Tool and completing the steps outlined there. Their rebate is based on their high and low temperature case design loads and is limited to 50% of the investigation costs.
- You make the fixes as you’re doing your investigation and the customer receives their rebate after the investigation is complete.
- You need to provide documentation of the original operation conditions and energy consumed, plus the optimized operating conditions and energy use. See our sample simulation report to determine what information we need from you.
