• Customers can get instant preapproval by accessing our Rebate Preapproval Tool and completing the steps outlined there.  Their rebate is based on their high and low temperature case design loads and is limited to 50% of the investigation costs.
• You make the fixes as you’re doing your investigation and the customer receives their rebate after the investigation is complete.
• You need to provide documentation of the original operation conditions and energy consumed, plus the optimized operating conditions and energy use. See our sample simulation report to determine what information we need from you.
• Refrigeration Recommissioning tunes up existing systems rather than replacing them.
• Refrigeration Recommissioning energy cost reductions average between 5% and 10%.
• More reliable operation reduces repairs and downtime, and protects product quality.

It’s easy to participate.  Here’s how:

1. Analyze your customer’s refrigeration system and make tweaks along the way to improve performance.
2. Have your customer submit the following to us:
   a. Rebate application
   b. Invoice
   c. Simulation report provided from you. 
3. We’ll process their rebate check and send it to them.
