Rebate application and guidelines
Finding your Xcel Energy Representative
Please call our Business Solution Center (BSC) at 1-800-481-4700 to identify who is the account manager for your client if you are not sure. Accounts are termed as managed (a representative assigned from the beginning) and nonmanaged account (a representative is assigned later as needed)
- Our managed account customers have assigned representatives whom you should work with jointly.
- Our non-managed account customers do not have assigned representatives, and will be assigned to a customer after we receive your customer’s application. For non-managed accounts, please follow these steps:
- Complete the Compressed Air Study application with appropriate signatures.
- Provide a cost estimate (proposal) for the customer’s study.
- Fax the application and your proposal to the BSC fax 1-800-311-0050. Attn: Chrisna Rathbun.
- Chrisna will assign a Xcel Energy BSC Representative.
- The newly assigned representative will contact you (the compressed air vendor), and work with you closely throughout your project
