Commercial Real Estate Efficiency for Trade Partners
Commercial Real Estate Efficiency helps customers increase energy efficiency and net operating income (NOI) with special technical and financial assistance that get to the core of their energy-saving opportunities. The program involves two steps:
-
Diagnosis: Includes a preliminary report and investigative study calculating the potential for efficiency improvements and cost savings. Xcel Energy will fund 50% of the $7,000 preliminary report cost and 50% of the investigative study cost, not to exceed $20,000.
-
Implementation: Rebates from our prescriptive, Custom Efficiency and/or Recommissioning programs are available for energy conservation opportunities identified in the report and/or study.
We offer the Commercial Real Estate program to our commercial real estate customers with facilities of at least 50,000 sq. ft. The program is available from Jan. 1, 2007, through Dec. 11, 2009.
