2008-09 Term Gas Purchase - Price Bid Solicitation

Xcel Energy Services Inc. (XES), on behalf of Northern States Power Company-Minnesota (NSPM) and Northern States Power Company-Wisconsin (NSPW) is soliciting bids for term natural gas supplies. XES invites your company (Supplier) to submit gas supply bid proposals for consideration. All proposals must conform to the specifications more fully described in the supply package bid solicitations outlined below. The following general instructions are designed to assist you in preparing bid responses. However, in addition to providing the requested information, please include any other specific information which may be pertinent to your proposal and which XES should take into consideration.
