2008-09 Term Gas Purchase - Price Bid Solicitation

Public Service Company of Colorado (PSCo) is soliciting bids for the purchase of natural gas supplies. PSCo invites you to submit gas supply bid proposals for consideration. Such proposals must conform to the specifications more fully described in the supply package bid solicitations outlined below. Suppliers must have an active GISB or NAESB contract with PSCo to be awarded any bids. The following general instructions are designed to assist you in preparing bid responses. However, please include any other specific information, which may be pertinent to your (Supplier) proposal, which PSCo should take into consideration.
