Commercial Operations

Commercial Operations is the power marketing and fuels division of Xcel Energy, Inc. The Commercial Operations employees who buy and sell power on behalf of Xcel Energy have diverse backgrounds ranging from engineering, finance and commodities trading to power system operations. Energy traders are located in Denver and trade seven days a week, 24 hours per day.

We can arrange fuel supplies, energy supplies, electric, petroleum and gas transportation, provide financial risk management services, assist in optimizing your operations, and markets for your energy.
