Bid for rebate dollars to fund your energy-efficiency improvements

Efficiency Proposal offers you an opportunity to compete for larger rebates that can help your large energy-saving projects that need a financial boost to move forward.

• Rebates are available up to 50% higher than Custom Efficiency rebates
• You submit a bid to compete with other businesses for a pool of rebate dollars
• Projects should have large conservation potential – roughly 1 GWh per year or higher
• Multiple projects or similar projects at multiple sites can be combined to meet the minimum-conservation requirement
• You must receive your bid notification prior to purchase or installation of your project.

Submit a bid using our Efficiency Proposal bid application. If you have questions about the program or process, call 1-866-788-8163.Businesses that are awarded rebates have 9 months from the bid award date to initiate the project and 24 months to complete the project and earn their rebate.
