Question: What changes will occur to my non-energy accounts as a result of the change in the customer information system?

Answer:

For your non-energy accounts, you will receive separate billings for the following charges:

1) damage claims - a separate bill will be provided for each claim;

2) non-commodity billed charges, including re-routes, energy services and service charges—depending on the volume of charges incurred, you could have up to four accounts per Xcel Energy service division;

3) non-commodity upfront charges, such as line extensions, will be billed separately. 

You will receive a statement, which will serve as receipt of your payment.  If you have any questions about these changes, please call our Business Solutions Center 1-800-481-4700 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
