I have more than one location and was on One Bill. Will anything change on my bill as a result of the new customer information system?
Answer:
With our new customer information system, One Bill functionality is no longer available. Credits are applied to your master account. We will not be able to credit one of your sub-accounts. Also, customers with combined residential and business accounts will be split into two separate accounts – one for residential accounts and one for business accounts.
