Question: I have more than one location and I use Auto Pay.  Can I still use Auto Pay to pay my bills?

Answer:

Yes.  Auto Pay, brought to you by BillWise from Xcel EnergySM, can still be used to pay your bill.  However, because you are now receiving only one bill, you will need to have all payments withdrawn from one bank account. If you have questions, please call our Business Solutions Center representatives at 1-800-481-4700 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
