Question: How do I get a duplicate copy of my bill?

Answer:

To receive a duplicate copy of your bill, call our Business Solutions Center at 1-800-481-4700 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can also dial the same toll-free number and use our automated system to order a duplicate bill.  Please allow approximately 5 business days for receipt of your duplicate copy.
