Question: I did not receive my bill, what do I do?

Answer:

If you did not receive a copy of your bill, please call our Business Solutions Center representatives at 1-800-481-4700 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.  We will check your account and issue a duplicate bill.  We can also help you make an immediate payment from a checking account by phone.  Or, if you would prefer to pay by credit card, please call 1-800-656-8439.
