If you have trouble understanding your monthly statement, please refer to the Billing Glossary of terms at the left or call our Business Solutions Center at 1-800-481-4700 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Or, if you prefer, you can contact us by e-mail. Please include as much information as possible in your e-mail so we can answer your question as quickly as possible.
