Pay your energy bill at your convenience

Credit/Debit Card Payment allows you to pay your energy bill online or by phone using your credit or debit card. Your payment will post the next business day giving you greater control over your cash flow. There is a small fee* associated with this payment option through our partnership with NCO Financial Systems.

We accept MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club credit/debit cards.

How to pay

• Pay online through NCO Financial Systems, or
• Call NCO Financial Systems at 1-800-656-8439 (US) or 1-517-780-0221 (outside U.S.)
• Per a recent policy change, NCO Financial Systems, has eliminated the $500 limit on debit/credit card payments. You can make payments over $500 without having to make multiple payments. However, you may want to check if your credit/debit card payments are subject to individual transaction and daily limitations set by your bank.
