• A comprehensive home energy audit for only $35 (a $150 value)
• A list of contractors certified for the program, who will verify the work has been completed and submit the rebate paperwork for you
• Significant rebates on a wide variety of qualified improvements, equipment and appliances

Do I qualify?

Participants must be both natural gas and electric Minnesota residential customers of Xcel Energy to qualify. Customers must use installers from the program's Preferred Contractor list to be eligible for participation. You must implement at least five improvements: three mandatory and two optional. Participant understands s/he will not be eligible to receive a rebate for an improvement to the extent such improvement previously earned a rebate under a different Xcel Energy rebate program.

Call 1-800-895-4999 to schedule a standard Home Energy Audit. Tell the customer service representative that you are scheduling an audit as part of the Home Performance Rebate program.
