BudgetSmart from Xcel EnergySM brings you Product Rebates with the ENERGY STAR® - designed to save you money and help us make better use of existing fuel sources. You can save two ways. First, with a rebate check from us reducing your initial equipment cost. Second, with lower operating costs throughout the life of the appliance.
Qualifying Efficiencies and Rebates

Registered Contractors
You must use a registered contractor to qualify for any of our cooling rebates. Cooling rebate applications are available only through registered contractors. Search for a registered contractor here.

We do not offer rebates on individual appliances (washers, dryers, window air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, clothes washers). We do offer appliance rebates through our Home Performance Rebate program, which requires you to make five or more improvements to your home.
