Precision tune-up is available for each of the following appliances:

Natural Gas Furnace or Hot Water Boiler

Electric Central Air Conditioner

- Check for carbon monoxide (CO)
- Check heat exchanger for cracks or leaks
- Inspect and clean main burner
- Inspect and clean pilot
- Lubricate blower and motor
- Check blower belt tension, adjust or replace
- Clean or replace standard filter
- Check operating controls and safeties
- Check water levels (if applicable)
- Inspect ventilation from furnace to chimney
- Make necessary adjustments for efficient operation

- Check compressor
- Check and clean condenser
- Check refrigerant level; charge if necessary* (limit of one freon charge per year)
- Check and adjust fan speed and belt tension
- Oil blower motor
- Clean or replace standard filter
