Question: How long does the program last?

Answer:

After 12 months on the program we settle the difference between what you have paid and the energy you have used (either a credit or a charge to your account). At that point you are automatically re-enrolled in the program. You can cancel your participation in the program any time by contacting us at 1-800-895-4999. Please note that the current balance of your account does become due upon cancellation.
