Question: How does the program work?

Answer:

We calculate the average monthly energy cost at your premise based on the past 12 months' energy usage. That becomes your Averaged Monthly Payment amount, which will be billed to you monthly. After 11 months of equal payments, we use the 12th billing month to settle the difference between what you have paid and the energy you have used (either a credit or a charge to your account). To keep the true up amount as small as possible we review your energy usage periodically and may make small adjustments to your Averaged Monthly Payment amount.

As long as your account remains in good standing you will remain in the program until you notify us. If you have two consecutive non-payments, you will be removed from the Averaged Monthly Payment program and the full balance will be due at that time.
