Question: How do I report a streetlight outage in my neighborhood?

If you notice a nearby streetlight is out, please report it via the Web using these four simple steps:

1. Go to http://www.xcelenergy.com/streetlighting.
2. See “Please select your state before proceeding:” and choose the state where the outage exists.
3. Click on “Streetlight Outage Reporting” in the table of contents at left.
4. Choose “Report streetlight outage(s)” on the next page.

You will be presented with a form you can complete and submit to us. Xcel Energy personnel will then work to fix the problem as quickly as possible.

If you do not have Internet access at home, just call us at 1-800-895-4999 to report the outage.
