Question: Why does the window start to open but then just blink continuously when I click on Investor Information?

Answer:

If you have a popup ad blocker it will prevent the stock chart from opening up with the main Investor Information page. You can temporarily disable the blocker by holding down the Control key (Ctrl) after you click on Investor Information. The blocker is only disabled while you have the Control key down, so you have to do that each time you want something with a popup to open.
