PSCo 2008 Wind Resource PPA RFP

Reminder:  Bids are due Friday, April 11, by 4 p.m. MT

Bidders wishing to wire transfer their bid fees in lieu of a check should send an email to the RFP email address and wiring instructions will be provided.

Public Service Company of Colorado is issuing this Request for Proposals for wind resources with commercial operations beginning in the 2010 to 2012 time frame to meet a portion of the Company’s targeted wind additions. Through this solicitation, Public Service is requesting proposals for approximately 100 to 150 MW of wind resources to be acquired through a Power Purchase Agreement. All wind generation resources meeting the criteria described in this RFP are eligible to bid into this RFP.
