PSCo 2008 Solar Resources RFP

Public Service Company of Colorado is issuing this Request for Proposals for solar resources with commercial operations beginning in the 2009-2012 time frame to meet a portion of the Company’s targeted solar additions. Through this solicitation, Public Service is requesting proposals for approximately 25 MW (ac) of solar resources that can provide a minimum of 60,000 MWh of renewable energy credits (RECs). All solar generation resources meeting the criteria described in this RFP are eligible to bid into this RFP. Public Service will not acquire energy or RECs from on-site solar systems nor from systems with less than 2 MW (ac) nameplate capacity in this RFP.
