5.Used EPRI particulate phase emission estimation equation. Made this change beginning in RY2004 because it incorporates imput parameters that exhibit strong effects on emission levels (i.e PM, element concentrations in coal and ash fraction of coal.)
6.Polycyclic Aromatic Compounds and Benzo(g.h,l) perylene increased in 2006 due to asphalt paving.
