Emissions Reduction

To realize our vision of a clean energy future, we must change the way we make and deliver energy.  This effort demands technology transformation, public support and additional investment.

We are undertaking many initiatives to reduce emissions from our operations including fuel switching from coal to natural gas at two Minnesota power plants, increasing efficiency to reduce fuel use at our fossil energy facilities and installing additional controls.
