The Keep Wisconsin Warm Fund is a statewide, non-profit, public/private partnership that steps in and keeps the heat and power on for thousands of families in crisis. Many of these households pay between 30-40 percent of their monthly income toward energy costs.  A total of 85 percent of those helped by KWWF are elderly, disabled or families with young children. The Keep Wisconsin Warm Fund is committed to providing a safety net for these most vulnerable populations.
